sexual assault happened recently, a while ago or in childhood, experienced
and professional sexual assault counsellors are available by telephone
or online.
Telephone Service

containing emotions and making plans.
- Help with managing
the impacts of sexual assault including fear, shock, disbelief,
flashbacks, nightmares, shame, guilt, powerlessness, disorientation,
extreme caution, anger, finding it hard to concentrate, depression,
anxiety, panic attacks and self injury.

- Generally people
ring the Centre two to three times and then make contact with

services that can help, and
- encouragement to overcome
barriers and make telephone or person to person contact.
